METAL PRINTING

Our Initiatives
Achieving Vibrant Color and Tactile Texture Through Layering
We are experts in offset printing, a flatbed technique that delivers exceptional quality and consistency for high-volume projects. This printing method is especially effective for reproducing detailed photographs and vibrant colors. The 'offset' process, where ink is transferred to a rubber blanket before the final print, is key to its superior results.
We distinguish ourselves from large-scale operations by prioritizing the expertise of our skilled craftsmen. Our offset printing process excels at capturing delicate color nuances, such as muted silvers and smooth gradients, and is ideal for flexible, small-batch projects. We are committed to both preserving traditional craftsmanship and nurturing the next generation of printing professionals. Let us take you through our offset printing process.
Offset Printing Process

1. Plate-Making Process
For each color in the design, a separate printing plate is created. This analog process offers cost-effectiveness and flexibility for small-batch production. A PS plate is layered with film, vacuum-sealed, and exposed to intense light, burning the image onto the plate. An automated developer completes the printing plate.

2. Coating and Base Color Printing
We apply a primer coat to metal sheets to ensure strong ink adhesion. Depending on the product, we can enhance the metal's texture with specialized coatings or apply a base color to maximize design vibrancy.

3. Ink Blending
Ink blending requires expert skill, adapting to changing seasonal and atmospheric conditions. For food packaging, we use functional coatings that meet stringent standards. Our technology, developed through years of research, ensures inks maintain durability and flexibility during complex shaping.

4. Printing
With prepared printing plates, we initiate the printing process, ensuring even ink application. For vibrant, full-color images, we employ the standard four-color process (cyan, magenta, yellow, black), printed sequentially. We also specialize in custom effects, using additional plates and inks to achieve unique colors like white, gold, silver, layered hues, and complementary tones.

5. Drying
We dry the metal sheets after each color is printed. This way, we can make sure the next color goes on perfectly. Doing this over and over lets us create special textures and finishes.

6. Finishing Varnish
A final coating is applied to elevate the printed can's appearance and functionality. We offer a variety of finishes, such as high-gloss, sophisticated matte, textured wrinkle varnish, shimmering pearl, and luxurious gold, each chosen to best suit the can's design and intended use.

7. Wax Coating
To safeguard the printed surface during shaping, we apply a protective wax coating. This critical step prevents scratches and ensures the integrity of the printed design.
